2. Day 2

   • 09:30Row to the islandHire a rowing boat rather than the pletna if you want the lake to yourself.
   • 12:00Cream cake at Park CaféThe kremšnita is a genuine institution and it is enormous.
   • 14:00Walk the lake circuit6km, flat, 90 minutes, with the Ojstrica viewpoint climb if you fancy the postcard shot.If the weather turns: Rain? Vintgar Gorge boardwalk is arguably better wet, or head back for the Bled castle museum.
